Realizing that there were no publicly available tools to help generate valid RINs for the US EPA Renewable Fuel Standard, TBI has published it's simple RIN generation tool to the website for public use.  The tool can be used to generate biodiesel RINs only, and will generate a 38 character RIN based upon the form input by the user.
